ForbesLAIRDLate of Park Circus Girvan, died peacefully, aged 94 at Suncourt Nursing Home Troon on the 8th of March 2020. He was one of the last surviving crewmen from the aircraft carrier HMS Indefatigable that he served on in the Pacific Theatre of War from 1943-1946. He also worked for British Aerospace at Prestwick for many years and was well respected by all who knew him. The funeral will take place at Masonhill Crematorium on Wednesday 18th of March 2020 at 1.15pm.
